The Role Reporting into the Head of Finance, the role will include: Review and approve invoices for processing by outsourced service provider Month end and quarter end Tax and GST calculations Review fund model financials Bank recs to cashflow forecast to ensure accuracy of forecast funding needs Set up and maintain company cashflow forecast and advise of future funding requirements Maintain trust cashflow forecast Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis The Person You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 5+ years of experience working in a broad, hands-on role in the property sector. The ability to work in a close-knit, collaborative team environment will ensure your success in this role.
