Key Responsibilities
Month-end close and financial reporting Support with year-end prep and audit Oversee cashflow tracking and forecasting Support operational teams with project finance (budget tracking, productivity reports, accountability) Manage the outsourced bookkeeper (transactional & payroll) Partner with non-finance stakeholders to deliver insights and supportYou'll Bring
CA or CPA qualification Experience working in a small business or sole-charge role The ability to operate in ambiguity and hit the ground running Strong technical accounting and reporting skills Comfort working in a values-led, remote-first environment (onsite for handover in the first couple of weeks)Why You'll Like It
