Looking for an Experienced Fire protection Estimator working on multiple projects across Sydney for a well established Fire Company. The main workload will be predominantly based on Estimating Services and Defects projects. Job Responsibilities: Estimating Simple and Complex defects resulting from Inspection and testing to AS 1851. Estimating minor works, upgrounds and fitouts projects including site visits, mark up, pricing and client liaison. Customer service delivery for queries on submitted quotes and reports. Interfacing into both sales and service teams and building strong relationships Interacting with customers to deliver projects. Job Requirements: Experience estimating defects in fire protection or similar industry. Experience estimating minor works, upgrades and fitout projects both wet and dry. Basic understanding of AS1851-2012, the BCA and of fire equipment in general. Proficient with MS Office. Experience with uptick operating system & HubSpot CRM is preferred but not essential. Understanding drawings as built plans etc. Strong Communication and Time Management Skills Passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
