This is a key role responsible for supporting activities to ensure the Sector is monitoring compliance and measuring conformity to Ventia’s systems, and ensuring licence and accreditation requirements are met. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and execute the sector audit schedule, this includes leading internal audits and inspections and monitoring actions raised from these Oversee Assurance and Compliance activities performed by SHEQ Managers / Advisors across the sector to ensure all contract assurance and quality requirements are maintained and in line with business improvement strategies Collaborate with SHEQ Business managers to identify and maintain contract specific certification, accreditation and licence requirements Coordinate with Group SHEQ and lead the contracts through external 3rd party certification and accreditation audits Review and monitor the sectors performance, report on trends and recommend opportunities / programs to address issues Mentor SHEQ team in delivering Assurance and Quality activities and providing training where necessary in QA / Systems About You You must be able to demonstrate experience in Quality Assurance in SHEQ related to a role within FM Services or construction organisations. Knowledge of Quality Assurance stands and best practices Success in delivering audit programs Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills Practical people management skills with a track record for improving performance Relevant qualification in HSE is an advantage About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
