Leading the contract management and process reform across the organization
Fixed term contract until 30 June 2024
Engaging with stakeholders internally to improve the services provided to the community
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Implementation & Engagement this position will have oversight of the commissioning and contract management processes. The incumbent will work with the Senior Leadership Team on process improvement contribute to cross functional collaboration, and provide guidance to teams to help them adopt and embed improved ways of working. You will use their experience in lean management and agile techniques to lead cultural and transformational change across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement process improvement and standardisation approaches with the aim of improving productivity and engagement across the commissioning and contract management process
Ensure processes achieve alignment of budget, deliverables, resources, and reporting requirements
Focus on agility and communicate this to staff across the organization, suggesting efficiencies and improvements
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to help teams across the organisation adopt and embed better ways of working
Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects and program areas to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders
The successful candidate will:
4-5 years experience across projects and continuous improvement or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
Experience in delivering business and process improvements using lean tools and agile techniques
Demonstrated experience in project management and ability to deliver desired outcomes to a particular deadline
Evidence working on successful outcomes with a collaborative approach and ensuring participation and engagement in projects
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and managing multiple deadlines
