Job Description
The candidate should have an MBA in Marketing and be able to handle a team size of 10 to 15 direct reportees. Experience in the UP region is required, along with experience in handling food products. The candidate should have experience in institutional sales, dealer distribution network, and modern sales.
Budgeted CTC: 30 to 35 lakhs p.a.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Overall P&L responsibility of the region.
- Overall administrative and people management of the region.
- Expansion of business portfolio across the region and penetration in new territory.
- Managing distribution network in the region.
- Scale up of distribution in existing territory.
- Strategic inputs for sales promotions - ATL/BTL initiatives.
- Strategic inputs for sales target achievement and expense budgeting.
- Ensure business growth for general trade.
- Collaborate with vertical head for growth in modern trade and institutions (Ho Re Ca & CSD).
- Sales team development and team building activities.
- Manage market intelligence and sales MIS periodically.
- Providing regional inputs and flavor to strategic inputs from HO.
- Establish and maintain appropriate performance management system for regional sales team.
- Ensure appropriate tracking and deployment of recruitment and training initiatives for the region in consultation with HR.
