Teletrac Navman is a Saa S company who just launched a new AI driven telematics solution that uses a scalable cloud ecosystem and connects data from sensors, cameras, mobile and third-party applications into real-time insights.
What You Will Do
As a Strategic Account Director, you will have the unique opportunity to lead our SG Fleet team to develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by leveraging data, feedback, and customer insights to drive improvements that will enhance the overall customer experience.
You will lead a team of individual contributors tasked with building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met throughout their entire journey with the company
You will help us in our mission to solve our customer's problems. To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

  • Foster a customer-centric culture that values feedback, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Create an optimized & data-led model of the customer journey, make sure all internal stakeholders are aligned. Work with operational specialists to ensure customer data is correct and that everyone uses the same data sets
  • Implementing processes to capture customer feedback, including surveys, reviews, and direct interactions, with a strong focus on solutions.
  • Increase product adoption, customer loyalty and retention, and customer satisfaction while actively setting and contributing to churn reduction tactics.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create and optimize the upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer engagement initiatives in the market.
  • Preparing regular reports on customer engagement performance, customer growth metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
About You

To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with:
  • 4+ years’ experience in customer engagement, customer success, enterprise sales or related roles.
  • Prior B2 B Saa S sales experience with tele based and virtual customer management skills required.
  • SFDC experience required.
  • Working knowledge of customer success tools and methodologies
  • Strong customer conflict management skills
  • Commitment to customer success
  • Excellent communication - both verbal and written, including the ability to hold C-level customer conversations that drive business for both parties and move the relationship forward.
