This boutique yet influential agency crafts compelling property marketing and seeks a seasoned professional to construct exceptional client relationships. You'll develop strategic frameworks that transform concepts into captivating realities, connecting people with places that matter.

What you'll bring to the foundation:

• Ownership of senior-level client relationships, adding strategic value beyond day-to-day operations
• Strategic direction that elevates creative output and drives business growth
• Management of key client projects from conception to completion
• Navigation of the entire creative process, from briefing to strategic development and final presentation
• Foresight to anticipate challenges and maximise efficiency
• Development of solid revenue forecasts and identification of growth opportunities
• 10+ years of experience in the creative agency or design space
• A personality that inspires excellence in communication
• Independent decision-making skills with the wisdom to seek guidance when needed
• Exceptional presentation and client workshop facilitation skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities across all levels
• Strategic understanding of what constitutes great creative work
• Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining the big picture
