Introduction:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our Sydney-based team for a 1-year contract. This role will provide hands-on operational support to our Market Managers, helping keep projects on track and reducing team workload. Ideal candidates will be fast learners who can jump in with minimal training and deliver results from day one.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Assist Market Managers by coordinating with teams and departments on active projects.
- Manage notifications and cancellations, ensuring timely and accurate updates using existing processes.
- Deliver daily operational tasks (e.g., status updates, tracking sheets) to meet team deadlines.
- Act as a communication link between team members to keep workflows smooth and goals on target.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
- Previous experience in operational support, coordination, or administration is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience is more important.
- Hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential.
