And most importantly we have fun together. About the Role: The Senior Account Manager is integral to this account. You will be immersed deeply in the business and will support across a range of projects, spanning brand through to digital, all connecting back to solving business challenges. You will need to know the business inside out and work with our Senior Account Director to be the client’s trusted advisor. This client, in particular, is focused on business transformation and building end-to-end communications. It is a global brand, with local strategic challenges and a chance to have your thinking and work shown off on the global stage. We are after someone ambitious to get stuck in and help us to grow. It is the perfect account to hone your strategic skills and learn from the Senior Strategist and Chief Strategy Officer, who leads the business. In addition the role requires a commitment to developing and pushing the creative even further, supporting our Creative Director’s ambition to make world class work. You will also be responsible for managing team members, and lifting the team around them, supporting through workloads, representing the account back to the agency, and championing the great work that is being built. Key Responsibilities: Build an open, honest, and trusting relationship with the client, the account management team, creative department, and all other agency partners Actively contribute to the agency’s culture. Work with the Senior AD on leading the brand and BTL strategy and how it connects to creative. Create the best possible opportunities for creative development, by supporting teams in creative development and understanding how it delivers to business challenges. Work alongside a village team with like-minded colleagues, ensuring that teamwork and collaboration are front and centre of that process. Be involved in team development and support your team environment through collaboration and inclusivity. Skills & Experience: Be a great listener, then able to move proactively and quickly. Lead the clients, not just reacting to briefs, anticipating their needs, and finding solutions. Curious about how to develop strategy and a hunger to learn how to write an end-to-end strategy. Ability to build strong agency inter-departmental relationships. Experience with some team management. Sound financial management skills. Demonstrate resilience, confidence, and tenacity.
