We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Key Account Executive to join our high performing and supportive team based in our Brisbane office.

About the Role

Operating in our dynamic, fast paced and agile environment, your key responsibilities include:

  • Grow sales and market share across Food service channels especially in Hotels and Key Accounts
  • Help to grow existing customer accounts and customer service levels
  • Support the business and key accounts in raising the standard for in-cup quality through training
  • Gain and maintain new key accounts
  • Develop strategic new business targets within QLD
  • Maintain the company image and standards across all product categories
  • Ensure VFB is delivering on contractual obligations and ROI’s
  • Assist in conducting yearly and half yearly business reviews
  • Quarterly country/travel visits

Ideally you will demonstrate:

  • An interest in building a career in Key Account Management in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Knowledge of the Foodservice channel, Hotels, Clubs, institutions and Multi site operators
  • Experience in the coffee industry is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding in your key sector and channel
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Prior experience as a barista
  • Exceptional at delivering customer service to our existing and potential clients
  • An outstanding communicator and comfortable dealing with key stakeholders at all levels
