Your New Opportunity
The Senior Digital Account Director is responsible for helping drive and manage the strategic direction, business development and implementation of our clients’ Digital Experience projects as a key client relationship manager within an existing team.
You will actively consult with clients regarding their digital initiatives, including web production, web development, data & analytics, SEO, SEM, UX, CRO and all other categories relating to clients’ requirements across web & mobile platforms.
What you’ll be doing

Build and manage key strategic partnerships with senior level clients, identifying client needs and creating business development opportunities with existing clients, new clients and new business.
Interpret the client’s business needs into clear creative/digital briefs, working with relevant teams to deliver high quality digital and social media campaigns end-to-end.
Interpret campaign performance to optimize creative/digital work and improve current practices.
Interpret digital trends, unlocking new and relevant opportunities across digital platforms.
Manage the account forecast, project finances, budget & retainer reconciliations and project workflow across the account.
Manage a team of two Digital Account Management staff, taking responsibility for their professional and personal growth, including effective goal setting and appraisals.

About You

Digital marketing experience in an agency environment with previous line management experience.
Strong digital skills with a strong understanding of digital platforms and technical/production requirements, along with social platforms.
Strong experience in developing, managing and executing Digital projects.
Experience of working with clients in consumer electronics /retail industry an advantage.
Strong presentation skills and a great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a team, including external agencies, in both office & working-from-home environments.
Strong understanding of Communication and Advertising Industry.
