Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Victoria
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Understand customer needs and present tailored aged care service solutions to meet their requirements
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in aged new business development, preferably within the aged care service sales industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
