Your day to day: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand our footprint in the healthcare consumer market. Sales Excellence: Leverage your deep knowledge of the consumer industry to deliver exceptional results, exceeding sales targets and driving profitability. Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and market insights to make informed decisions, optimizing sales strategies and driving continuous improvement. Commercial Acumen: Apply your strong commercial acumen to identify profitable opportunities, manage budgets effectively, and maximize financial performance. Skills & Experience: Proven skills in business and financial management, knowledge of revenue management, ability to analyze financial statements. Strong Leadership (people and channel management). Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Coaching experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience within Sales/Marketing leadership position. Strong change enabler and driver. Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity, and ability to manage multiple projects and people to get things done. Experience across Pharmacy/Grocery Channels within FMCH preferred. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field preferred.
