With the support of an outstanding brand, strong management team and market-leading brand & systems your focus will be Conduct weekly one on one's with a diverse sales team of 20+ from Rookies to senior Sales Execs and Business Development Managers (on the Property Management side of the business)Develop strategies and support Agents reach and exceed targets Track agent 'numbers' including: prospecting, appraisals, listings, sales and average commission etc Work with Marketing to increase brand awareness and capitalize on opportunities in the market Attend listing presentations, and potentially co-list with less experienced agents as training Take command of compliance, including spot checks and attending and open homes etc Recruitment and on-boarding new sales team members Ensuring the teams have all they need to be a success from an operational perspective Be the 'go-to' person WHAT YOU NEEDPrevious experience managing a real estate sales team (essential)Experience in projects / off-the-plan selling would be ideal Strong awareness around the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act and compliance A demonstrated ability to coach & improve performance Passion for the industry, integrity and a genuine desire to raise the performance of individuals with care and continuous learning This role is listed exclusively with the team at sharonbennie.
