They constitute Clean Tech Controls’ front line and are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. As a Sales Engineer, you will support customers from the moment they contact us to learn about what we can offer through to their product delivery. We’ve created some of the most innovative electrical products for industry, and you will help deliver an equally innovative buying and delivery experience. This is an inbound sales role. To succeed at Clean Tech Controls, you must be energetic, highly organised, and hard working. You should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to create exceptional client experiences. Clean Tech Controls provides innovative electrical solutions to some of the largest players in Australia. We focus on designing and manufacturing smart electrical switchboards for clean energy industries such as solar, battery and electric vehicles and are growing rapidly due to our technical expertise and great team. What You’ll Do Engage inbound enquiries promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel valued Engage and educate prospective customers through calls, emails or text and events to educate them about Clean Tech Controls’ product offering and answering questions Help Clean Tech Controls maintain a healthy sales pipeline by scheduling introductory meetings or lunches for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI’s Proficient in sales and able to execute and consistently deliver a strong client experience with little to no guidance Build relationships and catch-up with our existing customers and support them by providing a quote that meets their needs Be the primary contact point for all customer interactions throughout their buying experience Occasional interstate travel to attend trade shows or visit customers Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs What You’ll Bring Client service experience required Detailed electrical knowledge, ideally with an electrical engineering degree or background as an electricia Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the clean energy and electrification revolution.
