Our client, an award-winning construction company, is seeking passionate and proactive Safety Advisors to support projects across both the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
This role involves contributing to premium residential developments that set a new benchmark for quality and design. With a healthy pipeline and more projects on the horizon, these roles offer long-term stability and genuine career progression within a growing business.
Responsibilities
Ensure site activities comply with all relevant WHS/OHS legislation, standards, and internal policies. Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits. Maintain accurate safety records, including incident logs, training registers, and audit results. Foster a proactive safety culture by engaging with teams and promoting safe work practices.
About you
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction Well-rounded HSE expertise specific to the commercial construction sector Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (at a minimum) Experience on large-scale, high-value commercial projects
