Key Accountabilities Create and execute a strategic plan for process improvement that aligns with business goals. Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and automation specialists to achieve high performance. Enhance and streamline critical business processes throughout the organisation. Implement automation solutions to optimise operations and lower costs. Use data analytics to assess process performance and uncover opportunities for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption of new processes. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of process improvement efforts. Your Skills and Experience Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, and automation technologies, including RPA and AI. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
