As a Director in the Integrated Content team, you’ll bring a positive, eager to learn, growth focused attitude. Attention to detail is paramount as well as your ability to work and thrive under pressure. You will be able to apply a commercial lens to your role and you will be able to manage multiple junior staff members on a 1:1 basis. You will be comfortable in leading and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels of seniority. You will have 5+ years experience in roles that have included stakeholder and project management, as well as a remit into all or at last one of the following: media planning and publishing, content production and management. In this role you will lead the team in bringing our clients’ integrated content partnerships and sponsorship to life. These content partnerships can span across multiple channels and mediums meaning you’ll need an understanding of how content works across all channels including but not limited to radio/digital audio, digital, TV and print. You will bring a solid understanding of how to connect strategic communication ideas and brand ecosystems with that of our external partners. You will have robust knowledge of content production and will be comfortable attending shoots, recordings and live events. The team works across multiple categories including Government, Telco, QSR and Retail, and within this role you will get to work with some of Australia’s biggest brands learning how to manage and implement complex content driven partnerships and sponsorships whilst forming great business relationships. Day to day your role will consist of you being the central go to person for all stakeholders and managing a team which includes Account Managers and Executives. As the ringmaster, your role is to manage stakeholder relationships, own timelines ensuring everyone knows their role and when it’s required. You’ll be working with a vast mix of people including creatives, planners, producers, editors and talent to name a few, whilst also be the gatekeeper for the client’s brand, holding our partners work accountable to the standards briefed. Key Responsibilities Leading and delivering content partnerships across a range of clients and across all scalesBriefing different stakeholders and maintaining good working relationshipsDeveloping precise and robust project scopes of work, timelines and present when/if necessary.Supporting your manager in preparing commercial plans and leading communicationswith prospective agency client leads for pipeline development.Involvement in brainstorms across all Mediabrands agencies.Lead effective and efficient production WIPs with relevant stakeholders providing agendas and detailed notes.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.Work alongside Connections Design and Planning teams to continuously optimise live projects based on how the idea is performing.Feed into post campaign reporting and develop frameworks for applying learnings in future.Being proactive and developing new ideas, processes and ways to deliver for our clientsParticipate as needed in new business pitches.Desired Skills & Experience Be excited about original, branded content and sponsorships and want to grow your career in these areas.Proven ability to work quickly, instinctively and under pressure.Attention to detail and confidence to speak up to make things betterYou are solutions oriented.You will be keen to learn all commercial aspects of running the day to day craft team.Ability to work with lots of different kinds of people at all levels of the business.Ability to work both in a team and individually when required.Experience using Microsoft Office or G Suite.You take pride in your work and strive for consistently high quality of output.You’re enthusiastic and don’t accept that near enough is good enoughYou have a healthy disregard for the impossible and challenge yourself to make innovative work.You always bring a positive and solutions based thought approach to day to day work.You thrive on interpersonal connections and working with others.
