The Talent Acquisition Partner role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Leader and offers an extraordinary opportunity for an expert in hotel recruitment to support the growth of The Star Brisbane Team while providing a positive and memorable candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can test your skills and knowledge to deliver a thrilling new era for Hospitality in Brisbane A few of your responsibilities: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from approved vacancies through to selection and onboarding Providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers on appropriate sourcing and candidate attraction strategies Build and maintain strong internal relationships with client groups and the People and Performance team to deliver and retain talent into the business Drive and execute The Star Brisbane sourcing strategy, to proactively locate and engage talent with a particular focus on creating ongoing pipeline for critical roles Partner with Employer Brand to ensure a superior onboarding experience, delivering on our employee value proposition What we are looking for in our Talent Acquisition Partner Showcase a proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment, including practical experience in conducting and coordinating group interview sessions. The ability to effectively manage the entire recruitment process, starting from approved job vacancies and extending to candidate selection and onboarding. This includes offering strategic guidance to Hiring Managers regarding sourcing and attracting candidates Finally, an understanding of the unique demands of recruiting within a tightly regulated environment is highly desirable.
