As a Developer, you'll design, develop, maintain, and improve web-based insurance solutions as part of a large Generative AI program of work. We're looking for someone with strong commercial web development experience, ideally with Django, React or similar frameworks, who is a big picture thinker and can simplify complex use cases and create value for our customers. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is a bonus. What you’ll do Implement the full solution lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Build scalable, reusable components for web applications Collaborate with Business Analysts and Pipeline Managers to assess technical feasibility Develop and execute testing plans to ensure alignment with business requirements Support and maintain existing solutions, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in Business Technology or equivalent (desired).
