About You:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail?
- Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team?
- Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
- A history of exceeding set goals and KPI's and driving budgets and targets.
- Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.
- Experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
- Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI's.
- Interest in fashion and retail.
- Desire to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
