Take ownership of the servicing requirements for our Coles Collect network that spans over 5000 truck and 140 K Pallet movements. Use your Transport and logistics skills to manage day to day operations and deliver a robust growth strategy.

You will also:

• Undertake regular analysis of cost and revenue to identify opportunities and initiatives
• Contribute to our DIFOT KPI’s
• Contribute to and lead improvement initiatives across Coles Supply Chain.
• Build relationships at both a supplier & category level
• Oversee major new business implementations
• Lead a growing team and empower direct reports to achieve objectives and hold them accountable

• 5+ years’ experience in the transport/logistics industry
• Proven ability to deliver major business growth and transformation
• Ability to influence and create value for the BU partners
• Advanced with MS office suites, in particular excel & VBA.
