Your part in our Blue Care team

Employment Term: Permanent full time

Location: Tallebudgera Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $28.43 p/h + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

As an experienced hospitality professional - preferably within the health or hotel experience – you’ll be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with great leadership skills. You’ll empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst educating and emphasising the importance of food safety standards and quality in everything they do.

• Experience managing Food Safety programs and compliance.
• Comprehension of laundry services, housekeeping and food and beverage services.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Great attention to detail and ability to identify improvements.

• Supporting our clients in the best way possible is important to us.
