Base pay range
A$180,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr

lans. Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, and gover
rity. Manage IT bu
dgets effectively, reporting variances and optimising c
osts. Oversee IT opera
tions to ensure reliable service delivery and system perform
ance. Lead major technology pro
jects, including system upgrades, integrations, and implementat
ions. Maintain data security and inte
grity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulat
ions. Build and develop a high-performing IT
team through coaching, recruitment, and capability develop
ment. Collaborate with senior le
aders to align technology initiatives with organizational priori
ties. Manage vendor relationships and service level agree
ments to ensure quality and v
alue. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity
plans to safeguard operat
Qualifications
g for: Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related
field. Strong knowledge of retail technologies (POS, e Commerce, ERP, infrastruc
ture). Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement s
kills. Expertise in project management, strategic planning, and change manag
ement. Excellent analytical and communication abil
ities.
