Head of Business Development | Trippas White Group Head of Business Development Job No: TWG2517 Location: Sydney/Melbourne Head of Business Development Own and deliver the success of New Business Growth. Develop strategies that drive high retention levels in existing business. Identify new markets to move into and create completing client propositions for those markets. The Role Based on the Eastern Seaboard (ideally Sydney or Melbourne), we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Head of Business Development. The role will drive and deliver strong growth within the TWG hospitality business. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop and execute business building strategies - for both existing and potential clients across our Education, Corporate and Retail pillars. Reporting to the Head of Hospitality Services, the Key Responsibilities of this role will include: Developing a credible and targeted BD opportunity Pipeline – able to provide in-depth analysis of new opportunities in our Education, Corporate and Retail Pillars. New Business conversion – Successfully convert profitable growth from Pipeline opportunities. Retention of Existing Business - in collaboration with internal stakeholders, develop retention plans for key clients and support contact term renewals of existing business that continue to drive profit expectations. Leading the tender process - including tender submissions, presentations and follow up as necessary to ensure business is secured. Budgeting and Forecasting - Prepare the budget and business plan for new business. Drive continual improvement to deliver the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of the plan. Relationship Management – identify, build and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders to secure credibility and trust in the TWG brand. Developing new markets - identify new business opportunities that will complement the existing business focus and deliver profitable growth. Do you have?
