You will be instrumental in helping our clients gain independence by providing quality assessments and interventions that will greatly assist our clients to stay safe in their homes. This is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our clients’ journey as they regain independence and a better quality of life. You’ll also have an active role in mentoring, training and providing clinical support to fellow Occupational Therapists on the team and be involved in guiding and inducting our junior Therapists who are starting their journey in community work. This is a Sydney-based position and can be full-time or part-time for the right person. Key responsibilities/ Case load: You will be a caring and committed Occupational Therapist focused on providing quality care while building meaningful relationships. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and enjoy the opportunity to support other clinicians. Functional assessments Equipment prescription Home modifications ADL and IADL assessments Cognitive assessments Mentoring, training and supporting members on the team.
