Position: Retail Supervisor
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full-time
Location: Shop 5/111 Bussell Hwy, Margaret River WA 6285

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Domino’s Margaret River. Ensure efficient daily operations by leading the team and monitoring staff performance, managing the day-to-day operations to meet sales targets, and providing staff supervision for Domino’s Margaret River.
Tasks and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service at all times.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution, maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Supervise and support the team to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Provide guidance to staff on handling complex customer interactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained according to store needs.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely ordering of supplies to avoid shortages.
• Ensure proper handling of returned products, evaluating the need for exchanges, refunds, or restocking.
• Ensure that all products are correctly priced and prominently displayed in line with company guidelines.
• Enforce safety and security procedures, ensuring that both staff and customers are in a safe environment at all times.
Qualifications:
• AQF Certificate II or III in related field (Preferred but not mandatory)
Other Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Retail Supervisor or in relevant roles
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail, hospitality, or fast food industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
