Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Residential / Commercial Building Certifier, located in Gold Coast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing building plans and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Daily tasks include conducting site inspections, issuing building permits, providing technical advice to clients, and maintaining accurate records of approvals and certifications.
The role requires effective communication with homeowners, builders, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent service and ensure projects progress smoothly and on time.
