About The Role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Portfolio Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enabling this transformation by delivering high‑quality reporting and insights across our Transformation portfolio.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility of performance, progress, risks and benefits across major transformation initiatives. Your work will support informed, data‑driven decision‑making at all levels, including executive and board forums.
Day To Day, You’ll
Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs, milestones, risks and benefits realisation across the portfolio
Extract, transform and analyse data from multiple systems to meet reporting requirements
Partner with project teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored, actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all reporting outputs
Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, data sources and definitions
Provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision‑making
Prepare reports for regulators and governance forums, including executive and board‑level committees
Ensure reporting complies with ART’s data governance and security standards

About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
Experience in reporting, data analysis or business intelligence within a project or transformation environment
Strong capability with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
Experience working with project management tools and data sources (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet)
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality
