About the role
Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
Skills & experience
Previous experience working in general practice (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and time management skills
A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
Chronic Disease Management
Qualifications in Medication and Intravenous Therapy Administration desirable (evidence required if applicable)
EEN or RN AHPRA registration & able to use Best Practice Medical Software
Professional development support including free APNA registration
