Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will focus on industrial manufacturing vacancies across our sites including Jalna, Lemnos, Bendigo, Longwarry, and Rowville. This role will be based at our Scoresby office with the ability to work two days per week from home. This is a 4 month fixed-term contract until the end of 2023. Your main responsibilities will include: Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate experience needed Manage the attraction, sourcing, and assessment of manufacturing candidates for all Lactalis manufacturing sites Participate in phone screening, shortlisting, and booking interviews for candidates Complete the administration of reference checking and booking of medicals for successful candidates Support talent pipelining for hard to fill roles across our manufacturing sites We're very open to your background as long as you have some exposure to a recruitment function and the drive to fill challenging roles. The following experience is helpful; At least 1 year experience in an internal recruitment role or 2 years as an agency recruiter Knowledge of a manufacturing environment is desirable, but not a non-negotiable A self starter who can work in a complex matrix structure with multiple stakeholders Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving process forward without a clear framework In return we offer an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to make an immediate impact on business operations.
