The Opportunity We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Early Careers team on a permanent basis, based in our Melbourne office. In this varied and busy role, your primary objective will be to provide coordination support to our national Early Careers team for vacation clerk and graduate recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will enhance the experience for students and internal stakeholders through all stages of the recruitment process. Reporting to our Early Careers Manager, you will also work closely with other members of our HR team and liaise directly with our partners and lawyers. You can expect to work on a variety of tasks including: Application screening, recruitment system administration (Workday) and managing the early careers inbox Organising interviews and psychometric assessments with candidates Collation of interview and vacation clerkship feedback Coordinating and managing HR processes for our vacation clerks and graduates (e.g., drafting employment contracts and onboarding)Assisting with the coordination of vacation clerkship programs nationally (e.g., booking rooms and catering, organising presenters and updating slides)Preparing marketing collateral and coordinating our social media channels Coordinating and managing events during the clerkship process Attending campus recruitment events (including careers fairs and campus presentations)Liaising with speculative candidates and current graduates To be successful in this role, you will have: Unrestricted working rights in Australia Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordinator role, or similar coordination/assistant role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability and confidence to interact with people at all levels Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team Effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a high-paced national team A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team Ability to network and build positive and genuine working relationships, both internally and externally Experience with recruitment systems and tools, such as Workday (desirable)Please note HSF is closed for the new year period from 25 December 2024 - 6 January 2025.
