You will be joining a well-established and very well networked recruitment team specialising in the Tech and Transformation sectors in Melbourne. On your high billing desk, you will act as the Key Account Manager for several PSA clients, while also hunting for new exciting business to bring to the team. Teamwork is ingrained in this recruitment pod, and someone who can demonstrate collaboration and drive will easily succeed.

What you will be doing
- Be a people person by building relationships and gaining a detailed understanding of your clients & candidates (including many coffees and lunches!)
- Bring your passion for knowledge to work and become an expert in your space by running your desk and doing market research
- Foster our large existing client base and identify new business opportunities
- Source, select and match candidates to suitable projects, introducing them to our clients and guiding them through the hiring process
- Live out your drive and passion to smash revenue targets and our team KPIs together - we celebrate our individual and team wins with quarterly incentives
- Be the social president! Once a month one team member plans a social activity - think NGV nights, karaoke, ice-skating… When it's your month it's up to you!
