Provide information on local attractions and events
Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas
Build good relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner
Take a proactive, positive, and professional approach to all duties and tasks More about you Experience in a front office environment
Experience with Hotel Operating systems is beneficial
Certificate in First Aid is beneficial
Valid and unrestricted driver's licence beneficial
Opera Cloud system experience is highly desirable
Hotel industry experience is essential
