Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a casual opportunity (approx 20 hours per week) working to support our Allied Health team in Langwarrin and will need to be available to travel to Rosebud and Mornington to cover sick/annual leave. You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required. This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.
