Natural Medic is seeking a Front Desk Superstar to join our growing wellness team in Varsity Lakes.
This is a casual role (approx. 20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow as the clinic expands. About Us

You'll be the first smiling face our clients see - creating a calm, welcoming space while ensuring the smooth daily flow of the clinic. This role is more than a typical reception position - it's an opportunity to take ownership, lead the front desk, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism, and positive energy
Managing bookings, cancellations, invoicing, and payments (including HICAPS)
Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and following up on client enquiries
Handling warm sales conversations with potential clients and converting leads into bookings
Keeping the front desk and treatment spaces tidy, peaceful, and organised
Supporting the practitioner & daily clinic operations with initiative, heart, and attention to detail
Maintaining and troubleshooting digital systems and clinic software
Supporting the clinic's social media presence, particularly Instagram
Managing multiple priorities efficiently, especially while clients are coming and going About You
We're seeking someone who:
Can take ownership of the role and make it their own , confidently leading the front-of-house experience and shaping day-to-day clinic operations
Has experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles , and is confident managing client relationships professionally
Is confident with warm sales and lead follow-ups , comfortable calling enquiries and helping convert interest into bookings
Has experience using booking systems or clinic software , and feels comfortable navigating digital tools and learning new platforms
Is proactive and takes initiative , anticipating tasks, supporting the practitioner, and helping the clinic run smoothly
Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities , especially while clients are arriving and leaving the clinic
Is tech-savvy and confident navigating & troubleshooting systems , able to problem-solve and work independently with technology
Is confident taking care of the reception space independently , with strong people skills and the ability to manage client interactions with ease
Radiates warmth, presence, and positive energy , creating a welcoming and grounded atmosphere for clients
Has excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
Has a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and mind-body-soul approaches to healing , and aligns with natural, conscious healthcare values Why Join Us?
