We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Receptionist Supervisor to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Melbourne, CBD! The Position: Deliver and uphold a premium standard of corporate customer service for all staff and visitors
Oversee day-to-day reception operations, ensuring seamless organization and efficiency
Manage and support reception staff, including onboarding and induction of new team members
Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and operational coordination
Consistently exceed guest service expectations and maintain brand excellence The Person: Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar lead/supervisor role
A passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
Advanced Microsoft suite experience and strong administration background
A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
