About the Company
Our client is a well-established busy firm based in Sydney CBD, with a wide variety of clients including commercial enterprises, property developers, high net worth individuals, and trustees of superannuation funds.
Duties
You will be working on high-profile matters such as property and development project matters, commercial and retail leasing, advising on transactional tax considerations affecting property and business acquisitions and sales and estate administration, advising on more complex aspects of private clients’ wills, estates and trust matters and advising in relation to SMSF limited recourse borrowing arrangements.
About You
Senior Lawyer (10+ PQE);
A relevant law degree;
Strong clientele service;
Meticulous attention to detail;
Participation in business development;
The ability and willingness to mentor junior lawyers; and
The ability to work autonomously under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
