They are looking for an Analyst to join their team to support across all facets of asset management reporting, ensuring the team maximise investment returns on all assigned assets.The opportunityThe team includes two Senior Asset Managers and this role will be working closely with these team members as well as other Analysts and the Head of Asset Management.As the Associate you'll be tasked with the following: Reporting and analytics behind: acquisitions, board reporting and budgeting; Internal and external valuations (including re-forecasting); Asset-level analytics using detailed cash-flow models; Working in close conjunction with property managers to track budgets; Staying abreast of the market with concern to leasing, capital markets and research; Review asset performance to strategic plans and budget Assist with preparation of strategic plans The individualYou'll have a relevant tertiary qualification in Property Economics, Commerce, or equivalent and will supplement this with upwards of two years' experience within commercial valuations, property analytics or real estate advisory.You will pride yourself on excellent analytical skills and a strong working knowledge of Excel. You'll enjoy working in a boutique environment and working together to develop a first-class analytics team.

During the 19th century, most of the colony's area was detached to form separate British colonies that eventually became the various states and territories of Australia. However, the Swan River Colony was never administered as part of New South Wales. Lord Howe Island remains part of New South Wales, while Norfolk Island has become a federal territory, as have the areas now known as the Australian Capital Territory and the Jervis Bay Territory.
