We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager for a short-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a portfolio independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a residential property portfolio using Property Me
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenant communications
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• 185 Properties, many which are multi owners with blocks

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication - this portfolio is the clients executive portfolio
• Proven experience in property management
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
