Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour
Clerk Grade 7/8 starting from $113,574 plus super and leave loading

About the Role

As our Projects and Programs Officer, you will:

Maintain reporting to effectively oversee programs and projects to meet objectives.
Prepare grant and procurement documentation
Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
Implement initiatives to improve efficiency.
Provide advice and support to project teams.
Prepare documentation for stakeholders, including reports and briefing notes.
Contribute to program management methodologies and processes.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

Proven ability to administer large scale infrastructure projects, including purchase orders, budgets, project scheduling, risk registers and briefing notes.
Understanding of implementing initiatives that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in providing timely, accurate advice and support to project teams.
Proven ability preparing documentation associated with grant and procurement activities including e Tender and Smarty Grants.
Capability to contribute to improving project and program management methodologies and processes.
Competence in drafting and delivering various documents for stakeholders, such as reports and correspondence.
Experience contributing to the development of project management methodologies and processes.
An understanding of evolving digital connectivity technologies
Prior experience or knowledge of the workings and requirements of a government department
