$65.00 - $80.00 per hour
35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
The Role
We are seeking skilled Project Officers to provide project management and support across a range of initiatives in disaster planning and recovery. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while supporting communities and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project management, support, and administrative services, including preparing reports, briefs, and project documentation.
Coordinate resources, manage purchasing/invoicing, and monitor project plans to achieve objectives.
Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations.
Collate and analyse data, identify emerging issues, and report on project progress against milestones.
Undertake research, trend analysis, and prepare project briefs to support informed decision‐making.
About You:
Experience in project management, administration, or a related field.
Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to prepare clear reports, briefs, and project documentation.
