About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce that Winnellie Valve & Process has an opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in North Coogee, WA.

In this role you will play a key role in the delivery of complex, high-value engineering and valve-related projects across the industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.

This is a hands-on position where your technical, commercial and client relationship skills will be vital to planning, executing and delivering successful outcomes across a range of dynamic projects.

You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure each job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing project plans with clear milestones and stakeholder communication.
• Overseeing procurement, subcontractors, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Liaising with clients on both technical and commercial matters.
• Attending or chairing project meetings as required.
• Preparing project documentation including ITPs, schedules, and safety plans.
• Supporting quoting, variations and job costing activities.
• Driving workflow and process improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ and internal policies.

About You

• 5+ years of project management experience in valves or process engineering.
• Engineering degree (required), with post-grad qualifications in Project Management (preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial, procurement, and client engagement processes.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex jobs simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM and Microsoft Office software.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• A current Driver’s Licence, White Card, and valid working rights in Australia.
