About The Role The Project Manager leads the end‑to‑end delivery of major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard. A core focus of the role is establishing and managing a centralised Project Management Office (PMO) to define governance, standardise reporting, and optimise resource allocation. You will also lead Change Management activities for major initiatives, driving effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational adoption to maximise business value. Your responsibilities will include: Managing implementations for key customer accounts and driving successful adoption of products and services. Coordinating stakeholders across the business to deliver onboarding and project outcomes with clearly defined responsibilities and timelines. Running workshops to gather requirements, clarify goals, and build alignment around deliverables. Creating structured project documentation and reporting on progress, risks, performance metrics, and milestones. Working closely with Transformation, Product, Technology, QA, and Development teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery is smooth and scalable. Overseeing project budgets, resource allocation, governance frameworks, and adherence to delivery standards. Driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing processes across CRM, data integrity, integrations, and onboarding. Ensuring alignment of deliverables with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) through effective planning, execution, and tracking of test activities. SALARYThe salary range for this position is 130,000 to 140,000 AUD + superannuation. A proactive approach to identifying improvements and implementing scalable solutions.
