Project Manager opportunity to deliver commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Melbourne. If you thrive on taking projects from concept to completion, coordinating consultants and contractors, and delivering high-quality spaces on time and on budget, this role’s for you.
The Role You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects across their full lifecycle, acting as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end delivery of commercial fit out and refurb projects
Managing programme, budget, quality, and risk
Coordinating consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Preparing and managing project documentation, reports, and schedules
Building strong client relationships and driving repeat work
About You:
Proven experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and the local market
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
