ASC is Australia’s submarine company. About the opportunity
Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end ofthe Program.
We’re looking for recent project management graduates with a solid understanding of key projects management methodologies and frameworks, ready to apply their knowledge in real-world high-impact projects.
This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in January 2027. We have multiple opportunities in Osborne, South Australia. This program offers individuals the opportunity to;
Launch and grow their project management career with a leading Australian defence organisation.
Be exposed to various business units within ASC such as Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Program Delivery, Capital Acquisition, Forward Planning, PMO, Supply Chain, Submarine Certification, Quality, WHSE, Production Planning and Operations Services.
Take ownership of meaningful tasks and see projects through to completion.
Learn and develop new skills and knowledge to enhance capability.
Plan and develop schedules for various business programs.
Conduct cost performance analysis and treatment strategies.
Develop expertise in managing project risk, including mitigation and opportunity realisation actions.
Collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
Apply principles learnt to problem-solving.

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
