A Client side organisation I am currently engaged with is looking for a Project Director to join their Sydney team. This candidate would be involved in delivering a number of different projects and would be directly reporting into the Head of Development. I am seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Director. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. Develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to achieve successful outcomes. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Identify and mitigate risks proactively, making timely adjustments to project plans as necessary. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Director or similar role, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
