Job Description Lead and manage large scale commercial occupier projects as the key client interface Participate in local and national commercial sector groups. Developing and leveraging industry relationships and preparing strategies from a business generation and project delivery perspective Lead the pre-delivery phase of projects (strategy, site search and AFL/Lease negotiations)Lead the delivery phase of projects through to successful completion. Managing all aspects of project administration, budgets, timelines, risks and reporting and quality. Qualifications A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management10 – 15+ years industry experience working on commercial occupier projects Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be of benefit Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programmes as the key client interface Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team. Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
