About the Opportunity The End-to-End Program Director for Stores is responsible for the transition and refresh of store systems across Endeavour’s store network. Playing a critical role in the One Endeavour Transformation the role is responsible for the management of the overall critical path plan, interdependencies, change impacts and resourcing prioritisation to ensure their program is delivered on budget and planned benefits are realised. The position is crucial for actively involving business stakeholders across a diverse and complex environment. The Program Director will foster a progressive and cooperative atmosphere among teams, guaranteeing that objectives and results are achieved across different business units. Reporting to the Transformation Director, the Program Director must identify key challenges and potential risks that could affect the various programs of work under their remit, manage these and seek guidance from Endeavour's Executive Team. The Program Director is responsible for making sure their programs are in sync with the broader One Endeavour Transformation vision and roadmap. As a senior leader, this role is expected to provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to the program leaders, guiding them on best practices and ensuring the successful delivery of the team's overall work-plan. Additionally, this position is responsible for fostering a pipeline of skilled individuals to meet future team capability requirements. A day in the life of a Program Director - E2E Stores Actively manage, develop and implement programs, plans & schedules Work with business sponsors to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria Monitor program progress and ensure that milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including Senior executives, program leads, vendors, and business partners. Manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical issues to senior management as required. What you’ll need to succeed Qualifications, Experience & technical requirements Demonstrated experience running significant enterprise wide transformation programs. Previous experience working in a similar role within a large scale organisation. Familiarity with implementing large enterprise applications eg: POS, back-of-store, infrastructure, networking, ERP The following would also be highly desirable: An experienced consulting background. FMCG Experience. Prior leadership experience in a complex environment. Functional experiences, achievements and capabilities Experience working with ambiguity in a disrupted environment Ability to solve complex problems in an agile and matrixed environment Exceptional communication and stakeholder management and engagement skills A pragmatic and flexible approach to transformation Drive innovation and create value autonomously, while living our culture and values of being welcoming, inclusive and responsible.
